Cleaning inconsistencies, malfunctioning sauna controls and hours that require self-operation could easily frustrate guests!!! Room maintenance leaves much to be desired, with poorly maintained bathrooms!!! Inadequate replenishment of basic room supplies needs immediate attention!!!

functional family-friendly room with sleeping couch. particularly good location near to oslo harbour with views to the park. and just off close to nationalteatret railway / subway station, the solli tram stops, and the royal palace, the park and train station straight to the airport.

The hotel is quietly located, although very central. Liked the lay-out and functioning of the breakfast buffet. Not the usual busy feel, tables placed comfortably away.

Can't recommend highly enough for a weekend
Clean room, convenient location, we enjoyed the varied breakfast spread including options for kids, and the hotel is only a 5-minute walk from the tram station.
Nothing that I didn't like.

Very pleasant stay. My booking had been entered incorrectly, but was dealt with quickly and efficiently and with a smiling face. The hotel is bright, friendly and well decorated and in an excellent location, less than a 10 minute stroll to the marina and great restaurants. The room was well decorated, spacious, had very comfy beds and the tv had a lot of channels to chose from. The buffet breakfast was excellent, and according to my wife, the orange juice was probably the best she has ever tasted in a hotel, anywhere in the world!
Only drawback? Car parking is quite expensive.

Location, price and breakfast.
I was really disapoijnted with the internet, that was only 4mb for the whole hotel. I have more capacity on my telephone! I was unabkle to work during the evening due to the speed of the internet. I will not return until this is fixed. Then I would be happy to stay again.
